TASTING NOTE:

Oterrum Premium  is a clear and sincere extra virgin olive oil of a fruity medium between the ripe and the fresh, there is intense and a fine bitter notes reminiscent of the almond, waxes and the ripe olive, inside a herbal and fruity background fresher like the leaf of tomato.

It is an oil that is gaining in complexity and clarity, grows and indicates a deep balsamic background. In the mouth it has a silky touch, unctuous, mature, with body, it has a bitter taste in the middle step and a spicy point that goes up and down, make you fall in love, with nerve and balance.
